Sean Hoolehan, CGCS said: I have no problem giving Obama credit for what has happened during his term, but sooner or latter someone has to pay for the run-up of debt we have under his watch. As it looks taxes are going up soon for all of us.
I know I will get blasted, but don't forget Bush's part of the debt running up too, they both deserve the credit (or blame). I agree with you, no matter how much spending gets cut, if we want out of this debt, taxes will need to be raised or deductions cut. How about phasing back in the Bush/Obama tax cuts, for those making a million, they expire at the end of this year, those making $500,000 they expire at the end of 2013, $250,000 will expire at the end of 2014, and the rest of us at the end of 2015. So congress will know they have to have a solution in time for the 2016 elections?
But Sean, your taxes won't go up with Mitt, he says so.......just hope he isn't ever teaching math to my kid.
If he gets elected he will have to pull a Regan, or a Bush 41, which means we will follow up Mitt's one term with another Clinton?
Sean, by the way, where did you find the time to join back into the political debates? Oh that's right, baseball season is over for you as well. You should go ahead and pick up that Royals hat when your in town for the chapter delegates meeting. (Oh great, now I'm blocked again, when will I learn?)
