Does anyone know what the proper hydro oil level is on a Jac. SLF 1880? My manual says to fill to the green area when machine is cool. My dipstick only has two holes in it. I am having problems with the oil expanding and overflowing from the cap after the machine gets warm. If I drop the level too low, the alarm sounds.

Fill it to the middle of the bottom hole, and then let it warm up for a few minutes first and you should be good.

One of our 1880's (we have 4) machines likes to beep at us on all of our hills.... we add more oil and it overflows when hot. Nothing seems to work to get the levels correct.
I have one operator who does not mind the periodic beep... so he uses that machine.

order a 30 yd rolloff and put them in there

on a serious note, I fill to the bottom hole, no problem
