I have a Toro 3200 Greensmaster that is consistently overheating. I have replaced the water pump, radiator, radiator cap, radiator hoses and thermostat. The water pump belt is tight and the oil does not appear to have water in it. The motor oil is not milky or over full. I am at a loss as to what else could be happening. The antifreeze is full when it leaves the shop but it boils over within 30 minuets to an hour of mowing. The mower will not overheat if it is just running outside the shop as a test. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your help

I would back flush the block to see what is pushed out . Then check flow in radiator with cap off. Hope this helps.

Do a cylinder leak down test and see if that shows anything.  Just because there is no milky oil doesn't necessarily mean there isn't a head gasket or head issue.  you could be leaking into the cylinder and burning it off.  Is the fan operating correctly?
