   I am looking for pics or comments about constructing a chemical/fertilizer storage room/area in my building.  I would love to get a pre-fab building but that is not an option right now. Any comments or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

   We did it as a separate building.  We constructed an entirely new facility and keeping it separate from the main building answered a lot of the questions our fire marshal had.  Lots to consider, you will need adequate ventilation, impervious floor, no floor drains just to name a few things that a proper storage area would need.
