I need help in determining which sprinkler head cleaning tools are currently available to do an efficient job for your golf courses. I will appreciate the input from those currently using any tool and its availability.

Standard Golf has a heavy duty irrigation head trimmer that works great and fast. Just make sure you get the correct size heads for fwy sprinklers, greens sprinklers, valve boxes, etc... They also are very easy to change out sizes and all you need is one handle. After you use the tool if you have the right size just a little cleanup of the grass after you cut and it is done. Very clean.

String Trimmer attachments have worked the best for us on Bermuda grass. I tried the manual ones, but they do not cut too cleanly. There is still cleanup depending on how long you wait. If i could get around every week there would be no cleanup, but unfortunately we do not get around that often. I believe we get ours from R&R.

Take a look at The Head Edger. Another superintendent suggested this to me and it has worked out very well for us.

Have to agree with Patrick, by far the best edger we have used.
