The easiest way to find your problem there, is a starter voltage drop test. It will be fast and accurate. All you need is a good volt meter and a little info. You can find step by step instructions on how do it, right on youtube.com I send you there because it will be easier to understand than me trying to explain it here, and you will learn the correct way of testing for these problems. You will be able to check both Positive and Negative sides of the starter circuit. I often refer back to the videos for refreshers when I think I'm missing something or it's been a while. This procedure takes all the guess work out finding your problem. Just type in Voltage drop test, or Starter Voltage drop test. There will be many videos on how to guide you through the test. Once you get the hang of it you will never use anything else for electrical issues.
