We have a Toro 5800G. The sprayer is great when everything is working properly however, when in operation it will shut down the booms and a message will appear saying that the machine is going to slow to keep spraying. Has anyone ran into this same problem?

does this unit use the pro controller or gps system? If its the pro controller first I would look at the speed calibration in the controller also look at testing your speed sensor.

Actually we have replaced the speed sensor, we follow the instructions described in the tech book on how to install it. We don't have gps instead we have the ExcelaRate spray system. We are hoping that a software update will do the trick.

Jus a quick follow up on the Toro 5800G sprayer. The problem was solved by replacing the neutral control sensor which is located right above the hydrostatic pump.
