    Good afternoon everyone:

    I just tried to access the membership directory and got the following error message;

    "You must have the appropriate permissions to access this feature of the GCSAA website"

    Any ideas why? I was logged in. Thanks for the help.

    Sincerely,
    Ron Dahlin, CGCS

    Got the same exact message last week. Permission? I wanted to call to see whose permission I needed, but then I tried again and got through. Didn't really need permission, I guess.

    Don't be surprised Pete. The lack of permission for you is purely by design.

    I was,

    This might be for another thread, I did have to log in, but I do not click the box to remember me on the work computer.....although I can get into the forums all the time.

    Ron,

    Are you using the remember me check box when logging in? I am wondering if maybe your permissions had timed out preventing you from accessing the membership directory. To test this could you try logging out and the back in to see this yields anything different.

    Scott,

    All members have access to the membership directory. There is a permission issue preventing some members from accessing the directory that we are attempting to run down but still learning what might be the root cause.

    Clicking the remember me box has no bearing whatsoever. The gremlins inside of the forum choose.

    This is still an occurring problem for me, I emailed GCSAA about it a week ago and have yet to hear a response.

    It would be pretty sweet if my $300+ membership bought me access to the online directory!!!

    Andrew,

    I am looking into what may be preventing you from accessing this area of the website and will let you know as soon as I have a resolution.

    Thank you,
