   Here is an excel spreadsheet for your budget and expense. It can be used for the entire facility or just one area.

   To use this sheet you must add the salary information on the bottom and it then will put the information back into the spreadsheet. As well to change titles etc you have to make the change on the 2011 sheet. I obviously took all information out.

   This is what I created to track every purchase made in my department. It makes it easy to see each line item budget number for that month and year total next to the mtd and ytd.
