I'm looking for a good tank mix of herbicides to spot spray around faiways, tees, etc. Ive got a multitude of weeds including crabgrass, nutsedge, various broadleafs, and volunteer rye and fescue. I'm spraying on top of bermudagrass fairways/tees. What's a good cure-all herbicide or combination of that will wipe it all out. I'd like to not have to make more than 1 trip around the course with different chems in the tank.

Garlon? isn't that pretty harsh on Bermudagrass?

No, it works fine at low rates and isn't as hard on the bermuda as Sencor

Packet of Monument with 8 ounces of Q4 plus and a little MSO in my 15 gallon sprayer. May tinge the Bermuda a little but it's been knocking out everything I'm targeting in our non-overseeded rough including Poa, Rye, Bahia, and Signalgrass within about two weeks.

I second the Monument... haven't used it with any broadleaf, but I spray it to take care of my volunteer and it still puts a hurt on the nutsedge while using the lower rate. It has to give me bang for the buck...

manor, dicamba and mso. you can add some rimsulfuron if you need to take out some grassy weeds too. or just get tribute total, it was created for what you are needing it for

I like the Monument and Q4 mix, I'm gonna try that one out.

I forgot to mention to be careful on slopes when spraying near overseeded turf. The Q4 can run a bit and combined with the Monument it can take out cool season turf.

I spray this all summer as well, with good success. Add Buctrel for doveweed. Monument and Celsius is another option. Sprayed Tribute last year when the goosegrass started popping and saw little damage when I sprayed it on our Tifeagle nursery.

At this point, the overseed can croak for all I care, I'm sick of it. I have been able to control everything except Signalgrass since the loss of MSMa, so I am looking forward to seeing how well this works.

Revolver, Dismiss, and Illoxan at 0.5 - 1.0 oz per gallon each. I used 0.67 oz of each and added some green paint. The herbicide mix will yellow the Bermuda a little bit, but by adding the paint you will not see the yellowing. Once the paint wears off in 7-10 days the Bermuda is fully green again. It does great on goose, crab, sedges, volunteer and some broadleaf.

I sprayed Revolver, Dismiss, Drive XLR, and Trimec 992 and saw a bit of yellowing in the bermuda. I used about half the label rate on each in a test area. I'll remember to add the pigment next time. worked well though.

Dismiss, close to the low rate, and Illoxan at the high rate. I throw a lil 12-0-0 in the tank to help stop any discoloration on the Bermuda...
