We are remodeling 2 course restrooms this winter. The one part that we're having a hard time deciding on is flooring. Going back and forth between tile and epoxy. Obviously need something that will hold up against high traffic and spikes. What is everyone else using? Tile with some rubber runner mats to prevent slipping? Epoxy with no mats? Any other flooring types that might be better?

We tiled out bathrooms a few years ago on the suggestion from a bunch of members. Then they complained about a slippery surface. We put a 3'x5' carpet on the floor by the door that gets replaced each week by uniform company. Total cost all year is like $832, but the complaints went away.

Just completed new clubhouse last year and did epoxy floors. I think they look great and are easy to clean. Haven't heard anything but good from our patrons.
