We have a fleet of 160 course owned EZGO TXT golf carts. We are going thru each cart for winter maint. and are seeing some deep scratches and gouges on the plastic fenders. I have purchased a few paint pens from ezgo and the pens seem to cover some of the lighter scratches but not the deep gouges.

My question is: What is the best way to fill in the gouges and scrathes? Is there a plastic "bondo" type material? If we need to sand is there a better paint option then the pens?

    Thanks in Advance,

Bondo would be one of the easiest ways to fill the holes or scratches but the plastic bodies are kinda flexable so it may crack if it is dented or the area flexes. Just thinking about it maybe try a hot glue gunsquirting it into the scratch then placing a piece of painters tape over it to keep it from running out of it. I know the glue sticks are pretty flexable so maybe that can cut back on any cracking that bondo may have. Good luck and please let us know what you use. I kno we have deep scratches in some of our fleet carts also.
