Deere had issues with those controllers four and five years ago. They came out with new updated controllers to replace them because of various issues. Talk to your distributor for some support. We leveraged our distributor to cover our costs even though we were just out of warranty. It's a problem they have been aware of but you know it's about their bottom line. Don't be afraid to make some noise about the problem, chances are they won't do anything unless they are pressed.
