   My Club is researching the idea of putting a fan or two in a valley on one of our fairways. Curious what fans are affordable and efficient? Also, not sure whats available in gas powered because we currently do not have power to the location. Valley of fairway is approximately 15,000 sq. ft. Any suggestions or comments would be much appreciated.

   I have three of these: http://www.subairsystems.com/The%20TurfBreeze%20Portable.pdf, the 50" variety. They move some serious air, one or two at the most would cover 15k feet. They have the motor mounted inside the fan, and a 20 gallon fuel tank. They'll burn through that 20 gallons in about 24 hours at full throttle.
