Need some help guys. I have a Club car Carry all 2 been running great all of a sudden after running for a bit loses compression. 150 lbs to 25. I suspect maybe valve lash adjuster is sticking, leaving valve slightly open. All suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance!

So when cold it has compression and as soon as it gets hot it looses compression? aluminum head? possible crack that seals when cold and compression loss at operating temp. either way id pull the head

Do a leak down test to find out where your losing the compression at before you take anything apart.

Is there grass clippings poking out by the carburetor or by the valve cover? The head cooling fins can get packed with dry grass and cause the Valve Guides to stick when it gets hot. Pull the spark plug boot off the plug and look down in there if so just blow it out with compressed air, you may need to remove the shield by the exhaust port before blowing.
