   Well, has it been as long and spent as much as the Benghazi Investigations? Depending on the what source and just skimming notes, the 2012 attack with just the House Special Congressional Investigation into Benghazi ended officially in December of 2016, some sources said it cost 7 million. There was also a FBI investigation, 5 house committee investigations, the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Senate Committee of Homeland Security, and also a State Department review. When your current investigation reaches the same time frame and money spent, then you can nap.

I get a kick out of Hannity saying the FBI broke into Mannafords house and frisked his wife while still in bed in her nightgown. Your hubby wants to play the game then you'll suffer the shame.

   Now the good news, Eric Holder is considering a run for president. And, Senator Warren from Massachusetts is way ahead in the polls in New Hampshire and she can raise a lot of money. She will blow away anybody in Massachusetts running against her.

    Mr. Rosenstein and Mr. Mueller are both Republicans appointed by the Trump administration. They are professional men of great integrity. Mr. Mueller proved his courage and dedication to country in combat in Viet Nam. To suggest that they are actors in some grand, Machiavellian conspiracy is the stuff of pure paranoia and psychosis.

    My first comments are - For a while I watched NBC - ABC - CBS - CNN - MSNBC - and maybe a few others. These stations all said the same thing about President Trump. No doubt, they hate Mr. Trump and I'm sure the announcers do also. Fox News had different reporting on President Trump. We know Fox station and the announcers all like Mr. Trump.
    
    Five stations had the same news and only one news station different - I think we would have to go with the majority of stations. However, I will be back in a day or two or three or four to be more personal about your statement of opinion in answer to my post.
    
    Recently, Mayor Giuliani who is now on the Trump team reported that Mr. Trump has paid back his other lawyer in dealing with the Porn Star. Admission of guilt ? Of course it is. It's over now. In my next post, I will not comment on any illicit affairs of Past Presidents, Vice Presidents or people seeking the Presidency. Nor, will I discuss recent or past episodes of unexplainable termination of life.

    " Chatacter Matters" everybody said it, including me.

    The following people are all Republicans associated with Trump or his Presidential campaign:
    
    Michael Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to Federal Agents lying to Federal Bureau of Investigation agents about his contacts with Russia.
    George Papadopoulos pleaded guilty last fall to lying to FBI agents about his contacts with Russia.
    Rick Gates pleaded guilty in February to conspiracy against the United States and lying to investigators.
    Alex Van der Zwan pleaded guilty in February to lying to Mueller's investigators about contacts with an official in the Trump election campaign
    Richard Pinedo pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting interstate and foreign identity fraud.
    
    Plus Paul Manafort under indictment for conspiring to launder money, failing to register as a foreign agent in connection with his lobbying for the previously pro-Russia Ukrainian government, bank fraud and filing false tax returns.
    
    And that's not to mention Michael Cohen who's no doubt waiting for an indictment.

    Robert Mueller's poor handling of the 2001 Anthrax attacks should be cause for concern over his appointment to investigate Russia gate. Comey and Mueller badly bungled the biggest case they ever handled. They botched the investigation of the 2001 Anthrax letter attacks that took five lives and infected 17 other people, shut down the U.S. Capital and Washington's mail system. Solidified the Bush administration's antipathy for Iraq and Eventually, when the facts came out, made the FBI look irresponsible, incompetent, and easily manipulated by outside political pressures.
    
    Mueller ignored a 2002 tip from a scientific colleague of the Anthrax killer who turned out to be a Fort Derick scientist named Bruce Edwards Ivins; the reason is that they had quickly got an innocent man named Steven Hatfill. The FBI had no evidence on Hatfill. The agency imported two bloodhounds from California whose handlers claimed could sniff the scent of the killer on the Anthrax tainted letters. These dogs were shown to Hatfill who petted them. When the dogs responded favorably, their handler told the FBI that they'd "alerted" on Hatfill and he must be the killer. Mueller fell in love with dubious dog evidence, personally assured Ashcroft that in Steven Hatfill the Bureau had its man. Comey was asked by a skeptical Deputy Secretary of Defense if Paul Wolfowitz was another Richard Jewell, the security guard wrongly accused of the Atlanta Olympic bombing. Comey replied that he was absolutely certain they weren't making a mistake. Neither one never contacted CA about the dogs.
    
    In 2008 after Ivins committed suicide as he was about to be apprehended for his crimes, and the justice department had formerly exonerated Hatfill and paid him $ 5.82 million dollars (tax payer dollars) in a legal settlement.
    
    Mueller would not be bothered to walk across the street to attend the press conference announcing the case's resolution. Mueller was graceless. "I do not apologize for any aspect of the investigation.
    
    While running for president, Donald Trump promised to "drain the swamp". How does official Washington, which clearly does not want to be drained, think the 63 million people who voted for Trump will feel about an investigation that some democrats and commentators are saying aloud they hope will end in impeachment ? and what will those Trump voters think of uncritical media coverage of this effort by a self-righteous press corps that has suddenly rediscovered its investigative - reporting impulses, and which behaves as if little of this relevent context is even worth mentioning.
