   Over the years I have seen a number of things that were tried and only one that worked well, That was a good grade of fishing line across the lakes every 50 or 60 feet because they like to land on water and that line will stop them. On land the owl eye blow-up that hangs in the trees work for a short time with so-so effect. The 12 gauge shotgun did not keep them away but did keep the dinner table full a number of times.
