We are trying to replace the oil pan gasket and can not remove the oil pan. It is like the pan has been put in place with an adhesive. We have removed the 4 wheel drive shaft, the front axle, and everything we thought would be difficult. What are we missing? The dealer can't even tell us what the oil pan bolts should be torqued to when/if we install the new gasket.

We got the bugger off today. Sprayed the outer edge with crc gasket solvent a couple of times and started tapping with a hammer until we got a small gap opened up to get a putty knife in. Now we'll see if it will back together.
