Cell Phone Policy Cancel The title field is required!

   Hi
   Anybody have a Cell Phone Policy for Golf Course Crews? One guy drove into the pond while talking on his cell phone and got the union to step in and make the club buy it back for him. I have no real objection to a guy having a phone but when you see him parked under a tree chatting more than once for the day im starting to get concerned.
   Of course radios would be an option but with poor coverage im not sure about that.

   If you allow cell phone usage, why not adopt a similar program to how individual states do it-Hands free and no texting while driving. It's a start.
