I know this is probably on the wrong forum but we're having a problem providing food service in some out door locations. Does anyone on here have a recipe to get rid of bees and yellowjackets and wasps around patios? We use traps and tiki torches but they just keep coming. I'm in need of some options so any info would be great.

I've used a quart jar half filled with orange juice at home. Works well.

I know this is not what you want to hear but have you looked for the nest? I can understand honey bees being attracted to these areas but when you get into wasp and yellow jackets they have to be nesting somewhere nearby. Getting rid of these nest would be the first thing I wold do and remember that some yellow jackets will have nest in the ground (burrows). If you have nest under the eaves I have been told that painting these areas with a light tinge of blue paint keeps them from nesting their (something to do with it looking like the sky and they go elsewhere.

Getting rid of their nest should be the top priority in my opinion.
