Is President Obama over stepping his boundaries by the comments he is making about the decision the Supreme Court will make on the Affordable Health Care Law? I personally don't like to hear a near threat against the non elected group. I can't remember any other President being that aggressive in his comments towards the Supreme Court and its rulings. I was born in the Truman days but I do have recollection back to Eisenhower's days. I think the President needs to be reminded that we do not live under a dictatorship and that each area of government has a specific purpose. That purpose isn't to scratch each others back! What do the rest of you think about this?

Rush Limbaugh said it was a threat. The President said the Supreme Court "should" find in favor of the PPACA based on past rulings. It was not a threat.

Looks like the judges felt dissed. I'm not sure that fits in the "How to Win Friends and Influence People" strategy of getting the judges to side with Obamacare.

    Clay,

I'm going to agree with you on that one. If he wanted to make a point, he should have let Biden make it. We'd all know whose opinion it was, but it's always nice to have a buffer....

A right wing judge had a hissy fit and made the justice department right sentences. And we're supposed to believe their scale is balanced!

Can you look at anything for what it is? You're arguing that the sky is purple because a right leaning person said the sky is blue. Sheesh...

President Obama is kicking the judges in the shins then complaining that the judges aren't giving him (Obama) preferential treatment.

I think the President has them right where he wants them anyway. If mandating that people provide for their own healthcare coverage is not constitutional, we know that a single payer system is constitutional. We have that now!

The only problem with that Scott is that it would never pass the house
