We are having a surge of spurge in our Sea Spray Paspalum greens. Besides salt has anyone had any decent results using any herbicide for this type of problem. We did have some goosegrass and some soft crabgrass before, but salt quickly took care of that. The salt does not seem to work very well on the spurge....any ideas please let me know.

    Russell:

There are several products you can use but I do not know where you are located. There is some new chemistry in a product called Xonerate. Pricey but is works.

I have Sea Dwarf Paspalum wall to wall. I have used Blade or Manor, both have the same active ingredient and Speed zone southern. The Blade, Manor will take about 2 or 3 weeks to work, the speed zone is quicker. I have sprayed both on my greens with no problems, but I would do a test in a small area since you have a different variety.
