Good point, Jeff. I called my congressman's office as well. I spoke with one of his staffers and although she could not offer any direct insight, she did offer to look into the confusing matter. Many questions remain unanswered such as which state/fed agency will provide oversight and regulations?, how and where do we go through the permitting?, how can a golf course be held in violation when they are not given the opportunity to come within compliance?, and on and on.
I see there have been a few more states join the fight against WOTUS. Keeping my fingers crossed they succeed in bringing the EPA to their knees on this topic anyway. Remember, the EPA falls under the Executive Branch of government. Vote accordingly
