Has anyone had success using Avid for nematodes on greens? If so, is the 57 oz/A suggested rate the go to rate? I planned on using a bayonet tine to open up some holes as well before application. Is this necessary?

Yeah, it seems to work. You need multiple apps.

We've made two apps at 57oz/ac along with the recommended Heritage at 1#/ac two weeks apart. At first I didn't think it was working then HOLY COW! Get ready to grow some grass....

I used it, at the label rates and timing and have seen favorable results. I would not punch unless you have really heavy soils. I think it allows the product to get past you target area, but that's my opinion...

We liked the results that we have seen to this point. More effective that Mulitguard and/or Nortica, IMO....

We did some testing with it with Novartis 15 years ago at a golf course well known for having horrible nematode problems. It worked on all plots, but worked best when injected into the soil and sprayed over the top. The researcher concluded that we has "sandwiched" the nematodes.
