On Demand Education Points Cancel The title field is required!

   After viewing a past on demand webcast and filling out an evaluation survey, how long until you will see your transcript updated with the .2 education points? Did I miss a step? I completed a webcast on 12/9/11 and filled out the survey but still nothing on my transcript. There also wasn't any prompt to tell me anything about the educational points after the suvey.    From the Transcript page-
   
   "Education and service points are earned and submitted through a variety of ways. If after fourteen days, you still do not see a recent submittal, or if you do not see an event that you believe should be on your transcript, please contact GCSAA Member Solutions at 800-472-7878. The final awarding of education points is subject to verification of participation and payment, which may result in transcripts being adjusted up to 60 days following the event. "
   
   It usually takes just a few business days for it to be credited, so I'm sure they'll get to it early next week.

   I talked with Lisa Wick the other day about them and she said that she and one other person go over the submitted surveys a couple times a week. The 9th was Friday, so give it until the end of next week. My guess is that it won't take that long.

   Tim's note is exactly right. Heidi Karn Barker and I review the survey database and post points from that to your member record. Our service standard is 3 to 5 business days so if you don't see something after that time please give me a call 800-472-7878, ext. 3649, or email me lwick@gcsaa.org. Please also note that this is the time of year where I'm working to develop the spring calendar so if you've got a topic you'd like to see a live webcast about I'd love to read that in your comments.

   Hey Lisa are there no codes with the OnDemand webcasts? I went to the survey and it only had a spot for the name of the webcast, is that all you need?
