Has anyone been able to replace the tires? We have the tires, we usually order the wedge to install the tires on the rims. The distributor said they didn't sell them, He called the manufacturer and they said they have a 100 ton press with a special die to press them on and they don't have a wedge to sell. Has anyone been able to install these things?

    Mark,

Are you referring to the deck wheels? If so the newer ones have a split rim for easier replacement. There is not a way to replace the original tires on my Pro Flex, we had to update with new wheel/tire combo and they were expensive.

    Hi Mark,

If you have a forklift dealer nearby they have massive tire presses and may be able to help you out.
