Greetings;
Listening to a talk show on radio last night. Experts in their field.
All the money taken from our checks for medicare only covers 35% of all you humanoids for all your illnesses etc. The Federal Government picks up the rest of the tab. I am not looking for an argument or debate - I just did not realize this. When medicare was first introduced no one realized the cost of hospitals would skyrocket. Also, people are living much longer.
Now I know why the politicians, (both parties) are scrambling to figure out how to implement health care for all Americans and how to pay for it.
One person said we can help save money by not giving money to all the country's and I think they listed about I5 to 30 - and maybe more. Would you believe our Canadian Friends to the north also get money from Uncle Sam. I'm sure Red will put it to good use.
