The sprayer runs perfectly when all three booms are on and reads 100 GPA on my Mid-Tec ARC 6000 computer. When finishing a green I shut 1 or 2 booms off. The problem occurs when I get to the next green and turn all three booms at once, the pressure takes about 5 seconds to reach my 100 GPA. So I have all these areas that are not receiving the correct rate, and I have to spray them again at a faster speed to get close to the right rate.

Any ideas would be great for my thinning hair! My JD dealer did not have any luck.

    Jeff,

It sounds to me like the butterfly style control valve may not be acting quick enough. Try dissembling from the manifold and cleaning, and checking the power and ground to ensure that they are getting a consistent 12v to the plug. You can then hook it up to a 12 v power supply and check for smooth functionality of the control valve. If the valve is worn out and wont function smoothly you may need a replacement. I would also check to make sure that all of your return lines back to the tank are in the correct position and functioning correctly. All filters are clean and properly installed. I would also check all suction line hoses, clamps and gaskets are clean, free of any sort of air leak and that all connections are tight. Just a few things that I have run into over the years. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the advice. I'll give that a try.
