    I only brought this up because I remember at one time there was much discussion on what courts to use when putting terrorist on trial. I remember many stating that military courts should be used the regular courts will not work. This case shows that it does work, just want to hear from people if they have changed their minds on the issue.

    Mel,

    Not for or against but, the argument about why these terrorist should not be tried through our criminal justice system as apposed to military tribunal is the intel we could harvest prior to the trial not the sentences they receive.

    I agree with Sean, but I doubt we could have harvested anything from this cretin. He probably doesn't remember his date of birth, let alone remembering the detailed instructions on how to ignite his Calvin Klein's.

    Lets go for cruel and unusual punishment for this guy. How about if we deprive him of underwear forever so he can be reminded daily why he was convicted. On second thought, he wouldn't care!
