GCSAA's Best Management Practices initiative successfully reached it's goal of BMPs in all 50 states and has now moved on to the second phase of the initiative, adoption of facility BMPs, with the help of our generous partners.

USGALogo-200x82The USGA supported funding for the Planning Guide and Template, the tool that provides the blueprint for each of the state documents, which cover key areas such as water management, integrated pest management and pollinator protection.

PGA Tour

PGA Tour LogoGCSAA provided financial assistance for the state projects via BMP grants, which were funded in part by the PGA Tour through the GCSAA Foundation. The grants assisted chapters in developing new guides, updating existing guides or for verification programs.
