Central Plains Regional Shows
With the New Year comes the start of many regional shows in the Central Plains. Recently, Iowa and Nebraska held their respective turf conferences and were met with great success.

This week the Northern Green Expo will be held at it's traditional spot at the Minneapolis Convention Center. From Northern Green, we'll be heading to Orlando for the GCSAA Golf Championships and Golf Industry Show.

From there, the NCTGA will hold it's conference in Fargo this February while the South Dakota GCSA holds its event in Sioux Falls early March.

With so many great opportunities for education and networking, take advantage!  The term "sharpening the saw" applies to all of our members during the winter months.  While there may be various projects you are able to complete on your golf course, don't forget to "pay yourself" first.

That means taking advantage to learning new tools and information, while honing in on your skills.

The days are getting longer. Don't short change your professional development! Your chapter and GCSAA are here to help!
