TOPICS
This years education meeting will focus on Regulato-ry Compliance.
The SWFWMD speakers will present on various top-ics including water use permitting, compliance, and how drought will impact Florida golf courses.

Anamarie Rivera will discuss the Pinellas Landscape BMP program, a requirement for all landscape em-ployees in Pinellas County including golf. This pro-gram has been adopted by Manatee county and could potentially serve as a guideline for other Tam-pa Bay area counties.

Juli Jacoby will present compliance issues related to pesticide license holders. She will discuss what to expect during a routine inspection and other ser-vices provided by FDACS such as seed and fertilizer testing.

Dr. Unruh will be presenting the updated Florida Golf Course BMP program and how Florida golf courses have set the standard for national golf course BMP programs.

Dr. Frank Wong will be discussing regulatory compli-ance issues at the national level.
